Our employees should be able to get feedback in real time and have ongoing discussions about their growth and performance. At Mercid, we encourage employees to create their own personal development plans and have regular meetings with their managers to discuss their progress and performance. Our employees hold retrospectives with their supervisors every three months to discuss their accomplishments, how they have embodied our principles, and how they have impacted our culture over the previous three years.
Health and wellbeing
We value the people we deal with, so it's critical to us that they experience assistance and have access to resources and opportunities that enhance their wellbeing.
We offer both in-person and online support through our Employee Assistance Program. Families of Merciful employees are eligible for free, private counseling sessions with highly qualified physicians and counselors. We also offer further assistance via an online wellness portal that gives staff members access to practical tools and information.
